Our Story
We met 13 years ago at Chalmers, where we both studied Chemical Engineering. Though we were never single at the same time, a spark ignited between us 6 years later after we had left student life behind. Just as things began to get interesting, Sandra moved to Paris for a year as an au pair. Despite the distance, we kept in touch, and after a few months Sandra finally sent the fateful message: "why don't you come and visit me in Paris?". Of course! Emil was on board.
So it was that we ended up spending a magical night wandering through Paris, hand in hand, and sharing stories and laughter. As we climbed the spiral staircase to Sandra's apartment, Emil asked if she wanted a beautiful memory. Sandra said yes, and that kiss became the start of our journey together.
Nearly seven years later, we're now planning our wedding, reflecting on all we've experienced — long-distance, a pandemic, starting businesses, and sharing a passion for food, music, and art. Through it all, we have been each others biggest supporters and best friends. Now we cannot wait to spend the rest of our lives together.
